How Can Educational Leaders Use Blogs?

Through my studies of action research this week, I have learned that sharing your findings from action research is just as important as completing your project.  One way for educators to share what they have learned is through blogging. It gives the educator time to write and reflect on their writing, and it also gives colleagues a chance to respond and discuss what they have learned.
